Lately, I was looking for the next stage in my professional life and was offered loads of Customer Support positions, even though I had mentioned that I was in a search of Tech Jobs.
So please consider splitting the “Support” category into 2 categories such as “Technical Support” and “Customer Support” on Djinni.
While Tech Support guys are closer to QA, IT Support, and even DevOps,
the Customer Support positions (the skills and responsibilities) stand close to Customer Success and Account Manager positions.
p.s. I have decent work experience in both areas (Tech and Customer) so have deep comprehension in this matter.
